If you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Auburn is a good choice, and people from Worcester love to come here. Do visit Dutton Pond next to Ashwith Pond, it's a lovely lake; Ashwith Pond is right by the Munyan Trail. This lake is so wonderful. At Ashwith Pond you can see Ballard Hill, and going for a hike along the Walkabout Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Wachusett Mountain is a magnificent location to do that; Ashwith Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, The Woodlot Campground is a good local campground. What would winter be without some skiing at Pine Ridge, and enjoy a round of golf at Leicester Country Club. near Ashwith Pond, and hiking along the Border Trail is tremendous fun. Summertime at Ashwith Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's
with temperatures at Ashwith Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Great Cedar Swamp is a swamp in close proximity to Ashwith Pond, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Worcester Auburn is a tremendous location to get some
