that's next to Ashley Cutoff.
This lake is so wonderful. Near Ashley Cutoff you stumble on the Link Trail which is a great hiking trail; since you're here, you could take a look at Crowfoot Brook. Paddling on Little River is so
much fun, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Springfield-Holyoke, Ma is a great choice. While you're here at Ashley Cutoff you can play some golf at Orchards Golf Course Superintendant, and since you might be in a lake visiting
mood you can always visit close by Clear Pond.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Ashley Cutoff a wet place; the month with most of the rain is May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Connecticut River, and you can take a little journey to Clear Pond Dam while you're here at Ashley Cutoff.
