Why not stop by Areys Pond if you're passing through these parts. After a long day outdoors Ships Knees Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and you'll meet a lot of people from Barnstable Town here. A great close by hotel is Olde Tavern Motel and Inn, and if you're looking for a beach nearby we recommend Rock Harbor Beach. Areys Pond gets a good deal of water; November is when you get the most rain here while July is typically the driest month.

| | Barley Neck is close to Areys Pond and is a wonderful spot to stop at. Lakes are splendid; Cedar Pond is a lake that's near Areys Pond. High temperatures at Areys Pond during the months of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Areys Pond. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Areys Pond. nearby, and don't miss out on a delightful swamp; The Narrows is right here at Areys Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. One of the main traits of the surroundings of Areys Pond is Indian Fort Hill, and obviously, this is a brilliant
vicinity for folks who like lakes, Gould Pond is a lake around here. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Areys Pond; Buttonbush Trail is a delightful local trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Captain's Golf Course
the. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Areys Pond. There's great hiking along the Red Maple Swamp Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Cape Cod National Seashore is worthwhile,
and splendid hiking is available along the Fort Hill Trail. Idle Time Rv Park & Campground is a splendid local campground, and Skaket Beach is a beach close by that you can have a look at.
