Many people like to go to Aldrich Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps can be such out of the ordinary places, go to Bond Hollow Swamp if you're here at Aldrich Pond, and nearby you locate the Walkabout Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. Beaches are great; and Point Rok Beach close to Aldrich Pond is no exception; if you need a location to stay Belfont Hotel is a great choice. | | temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's; nighttime lows at Aldrich Pond throughout the wintertime mostly plunge into the 10's. The top of King Hill is easily observed from Aldrich Pond, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Ross Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Aldrich Pond has to offer, you can camp at Sutton Falls Camping Area, and if time allows, Quinebaug & Shetucket | |

Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a national park worth visiting. Be careful coming to Aldrich Pond, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Aldrich Pond is a good place to camp, Holbrook's Camping Grounds is a good
place, and of course, this is a perfect region for folks who like lakes, Clark Reservoir is a lake in the neighborhood. Aldrich Pond gets a great deal of water; the wettest month of the year is usually November, that's the one
that rains the most, and September meanwhile is the driest month. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Aldrich Pond. Casey Brook is a stream that you may stumble upon while here, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge
Sutton is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Assabet River, and the nice folks of Worcester like to hang out nearby.
Marble Pond Dam is not far at all from Aldrich Pond. If you're a golfer then a great close by course is Blackstone National Golf Club, and what would winter be without some skiing at Wachusett Mountain. The Munyan Trail is a glorious hiking trail near Aldrich Pond; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Clear and Branch.
