There are other places here than Agawam Lake, for example Clark Pond, and get your pulse rate up on the splendid whitewater of Bash Bish Brook. If you wish for a little side visit, try Brookside Col, and don't forget to take a glorious little tour to Agawam Brook. This lake is so wonderful. wettest month of the year is usually June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is February. Maple Glade Campground is a tremendous campground nearby; near Agawam Lake you find a golf course called Cranwell
Resort & Golf Club. The Red Lion Inn is a good spot to get some rest, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Elbow Trail. Why not check out Glendale Dam if you're here, and lakes are such peaceful sites, why not have
a look at Housatonic River Reservoir. Be careful coming to Agawam Lake, you might not ever want to go home again. If you need a location to stay Stockbridge Country Inn is a good choice, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for
a hike along the Wild Cat Trail. For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Agawam Lake reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Agawam Lake fall into the 0's.
