Try Bayou de la Baie Sec, and Saline Bayou Campground is a tremendous local campground. At Upper Sunk Lake all through the months of summer highs are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 70's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 50's, and night lows at Upper Sunk Lake throughout the winter typically fall into the 30's. Chaney Lakes is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you       like swamps you're in luck, Dismal Swamp is right nearby. Upper Sunk Lake gets lots of water; most of the rain falls through December while August is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
