Cabin Teele Crevasse
 | 17 miles away Richard, from what I understand the lake at Cabin Teele was created by the break itself. I have been doing some research on levee breaks and the larger ones (like Cabin Teele and Mounds Landing in Mississippi) usually gouge out a lake when it breaks. Shoot me an e-mail at dougwilhite@hotmail.com and we can discuss further if you would like. Thanks....Sirs: How far from the actual 1927 levee break at Cabin Teele is Cabin Teele Crevasse - if that is a formal place name? Richard Hanlin hanlin@aol.com... |
