This lake is so wonderful. So many entertaining things to do here at Rock Island Lake, too nice to be true. Miller Bluff is a perfect site to check out while in the neighborhood, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Wild Azalea Trail Kincaid Spur. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay L B Henry Mobile Home Park is a wonderful site to camp; while you're here you will meet lots of       folks from close by Alexandria. Rock Island Lake typically gets a good deal of rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is September. High temperatures at Rock Island Lake throughout the summer months are in the 90's; the overnight is somewhat chillier of course, frequently in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Rock Island Lake. Take a hike on                  the Magnolia Forest Walk, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Wild Azalea Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Hotel Bentley, and a round of golf at nearby Bringhurst Golf Course is a brilliant way to kill some time. Visit Tanyard Branch while you're here at Rock Island Lake; camping is available at Rolling Hills RV Resort.
