Pugh Lake is a quite wet place frequently with a lot of rain; all through the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is October. Stay the night at Green Acres Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western St. Francis Hotel On The Lake is a tremendous location to get some rest, and why not take a little trip to Blackfork Bayou if you're here. Summertime brings highs in the       90's to Pugh Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Pugh Lake. Jim's Camping Area is a great campground here; Woodriff Falls is a stunning place to stop at while you're at Pugh Lake.
