A great spot to camp here at Pauls Lake is Dogwood Ridge Camper Park; Ryder Inn is a glorious place to get some rest. Bayou Brevelle is in close proximity to Pauls Lake and is always a diversion to stop by, and camping at Nakatosh Campground is always a splendid experience. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Pauls Lake get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 70's.       Highs during the winter are generally in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Pauls Lake descend into the 30's. This site rules, just look at all the entertaining things to do right next door to Pauls Lake. There are swamps here too; Dry Bayou is in the vicinity. Do check out Horseshoe Lake next to Pauls Lake, it's a lovely lake, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Dogwood Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
