Through the warm days of summer here at Oden Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 70's. For the period of the wintertime highs are typically in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Oden Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Oden Lake is right       by the Wild Azalea Trail, and a round of golf at nearby Bringhurst Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time. Take a hike on the Wild Azalea Trail Kincaid Spur, and you'll meet a lot of people from Alexandria here. A fine close by hotel is Days Inn Alexandria, naturally you could also stop at Indian Creek Reservoir since you're here; it's not far at all. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Oden Lake. There's so much to                  do here at Oden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Indian Creek Recreation Area is a fine spot for that, and possibly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Chambers Lake is just a very short distance away. Oden Lake ordinarily gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is October. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Magnolia Forest Walk, and if you came to camp Best Western Inn is a nice location to do that.
