Murray Lake typically gets a large amount of precipitation; all through May this area sees the most rain while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Williams Lake Dam is beautiful and it's close to Murray Lake; The Flats is a wonderful spot any time of year. For the period of the summertime, highs generally are in the 90's at Murray Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime       comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Murray Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Murray Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeview Marina is a brilliant location for that; if you've had enough of Murray Lake, Paper Mill Pond is close by. Here at Murray Lake you'll probably meet some people from Minden. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Murray Lake has to offer, you                  can camp at Frank B.
