Mud Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and September is the month with the least moisture. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Vidalia; you'll meet a lot of people from Natchez here. This lake is so wonderful.       Lakes are such serene sites, why not pop by Grassy Lake near Mud Lake, and Mud Lake is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Oak Harbor On Lake Concordia is a fine site to camp nearby. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Rifle Point Chute is right nearby, and Budget Inn is a great location to get some rest. High temperatures at Mud Lake during the summer are in the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 70's.
