Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not have a look at Lejeune Pond in the neighborhood of Mills Pond, and Chatham Lake is a perfect lake nearby. All the water falling down from the sky makes Mills Pond a wet place; most of the rain falls through May; the driest of the months is June. Summertime highs at Mills Pond typically tend to be in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. All through the wintertime       highs are mostly in the 50's while Mills Pond overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
