For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Millers Lake reach the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 70's. Highs throughout the winter are regularly in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Millers Lake sink into the 30's. Millers Lake is a wet location       that gets a good deal of precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is April. After a long day outdoors Best Western Ville Platte is a great spot to spend a night or two, and Bayou Nezpique is right next door to Millers Lake and is always a joy to pop by. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you need a place to stay Days Inn And Suites Eunice is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful.                  Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not go to Lahaye Lake right next door to Millers Lake, and camping is available at Cajun Campground.
