Lakes? Sure, Yerger Lake is around here, and Rivertown Campground is a fine local campground. Throughout the summertime at Long Lake temperatures are typically in the 90's while night lows are usually in the 70's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 50's while Long Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 30's. You truly have to have a thing about Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Big Lake is a splendid lake right next door to Long Lake; since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Tallulah. After a long day outdoors Rainbow Hotel and Suites is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Cross Bayou is right nearby.

| Richard, from what I understand the lake at Cabin Teele was created by the break itself. I have been doing some research on levee breaks and the larger ones (like Cabin Teele and Mounds Landing in Mississippi) usually gouge out a lake when it breaks. She loves tent camping in state parks and national battlefields. I know that she was camping at Watega State Park, WV until Sunday (7/30) morning. She is also interested in Civil War battlefields and was at Shiloh National Military Park last week. We think she may be in your area.
