During the long summer days here at Little Lagoon, high temperatures generally get into the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 60's while Little Lagoon nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. After a long day outdoors Sleep Inn Slidell is a good spot to spend a night or two, and an afternoon       playing golf at Oak Harbor Golf & Country Club is always a delight. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Slidell; a nice location to camp here at Little Lagoon is Pink Panther Mobile Home Park. Little Lagoon is a relatively wet place frequently with lots of precipitation; through February this area sees the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture.
