This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. Ferrand Lake is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. You're most likely addicted to lakes, Lake Catherine is one of those close by, and at Lake Lafitta you always meet someone from Monroe.       Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Lake Lafitta. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 70's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 50's, and night lows at Lake Lafitta during the wintertime usually fall into the 30's. Lake Lafitta is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Cheniere Lake Park is a delightful location to camp nearby, and Ramada Limited is a good place to get some rest.
