Kincaid Reservoir is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, North Shore Campground is a tremendous location to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Alexandria. Kincaid Reservoir is a wet spot that gets lots of rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is October. Boyce Koa Kampground       is a good campground nearby, and the Magnolia Forest Walk offers hiking at its best. Enjoy a round of golf at Links On the Bayou Golf Course not far from Kincaid Reservoir, and why not go to Kincaid Reservoir Dam while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Saline Lake is close to Kincaid Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta Alexandria Inn And Suites is a fine place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.                  Hiking is a popular thing to do around Kincaid Reservoir; Wild Azalea Trail is a good local trail; Lamotte Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at. Throughout the summer highs here at Kincaid Reservoir get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's.
