This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Pelican Lodge Catfish Restaurant if you're here at Egan Lake; a pleasant trip to Soda Lake Bed is a perfect way to spend       an afternoon. Crooked Bayou is a delightful stream that is worth stopping at; Fish Lake Dam is a place that is in the vicinity of Egan Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Value Inn, and this is a popular location for people from Shreveport-Bossier City. Egan Lake is not the only location nearby, Fish Lake is a nearby lake, and going for a hike on the Caddo Lake State Park Trail is always a great adventure.
