Crosby Lake is a rather wet place usually with lots of rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and August is the month with the least moisture. At Crosby Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Crosby Lake dipping down       into the 30's during winter nights. Nearby lakes? Sure, Red Bluff Lake is right next door to Crosby Lake.
