This is a popular place for folks from Shreveport-Bossier City, and not far from Cottonwood Lake you'll find Williams Lake which is a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful. A lot of precipitation falls at Cottonwood Lake; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here; August on the other hand is the driest.
