Swamps don’t sound that great but Rifle Point Chute in close proximity to Coon Lake is quite great; a magnificent close by hotel is Comfort Suites Vidalia. This lake is so wonderful. You simply have to check out Giles Bend while you're here at Coon Lake, and don't forget to explore Rifle Point if you're here. Why not camp at Whispering Pines Travel Park if you're here at Coon Lake, and Coon Lake is not the only location       nearby, Otter Lake is a nearby lake. Here at Coon Lake there are plenty of folks from Natchez; a lake close by is Grassy Lake. Coon Lake is a relatively wet place typically with a lot of rain; December is the month that gets the most rain; September meanwhile is the driest month. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Coon Lake.
