A magnificent close by hotel is Economy Inn, and folks from Tallulah love to come here. Throughout the long summer days, highs frequently are in the 90's at Chotard Lake. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Chotard Lake. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy       this place. Chotard Lake is a delightful place to camp, River City RV Park is a delightful place. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Chotard Lake has to offer, you can camp at Battlefield Kampground. If you haven’t been to Poverty Point National Monument, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here; Willow Point is close by and always wonderful to stop by.
