This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn West Monroe, and there are plenty of people from Monroe here. Stay the night at Pavilion RV Park; the scenery at Cheniere Lake Dam is delightful. At Cheniere Lake all through the summertime highs are in the 90's; the night is a bit cooler of course, regularly in the 70's. All through the winter this place       gets highs in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Cheniere Lake temperatures fall to the 30's. Cheniere Lake Park is a wonderful campground here. A good deal of precipitation falls at Cheniere Lake; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is August.
