Chatlin Lake regularly gets much precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout December while October is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Wild Azalea Trail Kincaid Spur, and why not camp at Rolling Hills RV Resort since you're here at Chatlin Lake. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Chatlin Lake get into the 90's, and during the       night it cools down to the 70's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Chatlin Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Chatlin Lake is right by the Magnolia Forest Walk, and do take a hike on the Wild Azalea Trail. Here at Chatlin Lake you'll almost certainly meet some folks from Alexandria, and camping at Chatlin Lake is brilliant fun, L B Henry                  Mobile Home Park is a brilliant local campground.
