While you're here at Blue Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Tallulah. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Ashland Motel & Trailer Park is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Blue Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Bruin Campground. Stay the night at River City RV Park; if you need a place to stay Grand Gulf Inn is a tremendous       choice. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Blue Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 70's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Blue Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Blue Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while September is mostly the driest month.
