If you are traveling by, why not stop by Black Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lock Number Two is an attention-grabbing thing to check out, and Black Lake is a fine place to camp, Family Time Resort is a fine place. Lazy-j Campgrounds is a perfect campground here, and Days Inn - Picayune is a delightful place to get some rest. If you get bored of Black Lake, you could also pop by nearby Cow Hammock Lake, and stop by close by Mud Swamp.

The high level of rainfall makes Black Lake a reasonably wet site; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Picayune; Black Lake is not far at all from Picayune.
