This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Black Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Nakatosh Campground is a perfect place for that; going for a hike on the Dogwood Trail is always a perfect adventure. At Black Lake throughout the summer highs are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs throughout       the wintertime are in the 50's while Black Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. Black Lake commonly gets a great deal of precipitation; most of the rain falls through May while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many exciting things to do at Black Lake, so little time. There's so much to do here at Black Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sibley Lake Mini Mart is a perfect spot for that,                  and you'll meet a lot of folks from Natchitoches here.
