Twin Lakes gets a great deal of water; the month with most of the rain is March while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Twin Lakes. If you come at the right time of year, Otter Creek offers some fine whitewater; if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express RADCLIFF - FORT KNOX is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Falling       Springs is an inspiring spot to have a look at while you're here, and why not take a little tour to Buffalo Branch while you're here. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Glendale Campground is a great location for that, and Pine Valley Golf Course is a golf course nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Twin Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Elizabethtown KOA. Summertime highs at Twin Lakes mostly                  tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Twin Lakes temperatures plunge to the 20's. If you get bored of Twin Lakes, you could also explore close by Lower Douglas Lake, and there are some great whitewater spots on Floyds Fork.
