When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Stevens Lake are in the 20's. Bourbon Hollow is in close proximity to Stevens Lake and is a great place, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Grayson. A lake nearby is Anglin Pond, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Grayson is a pleasant site to spend a night       or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Stevens Lake, you could also stop by nearby Grayson Lake; why not camp at Jones Campground while you're here at Stevens Lake. A good location to camp here at Stevens Lake is Robert C WEBB Camp; hey, Little Fork Little Sandy River is a good local stream. The Cumberland Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful. You can run the rapids of Tygarts Creek right next door to Stevens Lake, and golf can be played at Hidden Cove Golf Course.
