Smoky Valley Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Tygarts Creek, and after a long day outdoors Carroll's Inn is a good site to spend a night or two. A tremendous place to camp here at Smoky Valley Lake is Shawnee Village RV Park And Campground, and a tremendous spot like Box Canyon here at Smoky Valley Lake is too delightful to miss.

You completely should like Smoky Valley Lake. Carter Caves State Resort is a good place to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Little Sandy River. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Smoky Valley Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Highs during the
wintertime are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Smoky Valley Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. While you're here at Smoky Valley Lake you can take a hike along the Dry Branch Conneoter Trail, and some nearby water includes Cave Branch.
