If you came for an overnight stay Louisville South Koa is a pleasant site to camp, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Floyds Fork. This lake is so wonderful. A picturesque lake like Crystal Lake close to Silver Lake is a glorious spot to take a look at. Do have a look at Big Horn Lake in       the vicinity of Silver Lake, it's a pretty lake; a tremendous nearby hotel is Hampton Inn Louisville/I65/Brooks Rd. Silver Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is October. For the period of the months of summer at Silver Lake highs are commonly in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's                  to Silver Lake.
