Sander Spring Lake is a nice lake to visit. Twin Lakes is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and hey, Buffalo Branch is a great local stream. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Sander Spring Lake. While you're here at Sander Spring Lake you can play some golf at Fort Knox Lindsey Golf Course, and a lake nearby is Upper Douglas Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Sander Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Otter Creek Campground is a nice place for that, and the smiling folks of Elizabethtown like to hang out nearby. Sander Spring Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of precipitation; March is when
you get the most rain here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Paddling on Otter Creek is so much fun, and if you need a spot to stay Gold Vault Inn is a great choice.
