This place is excellent, just look at all the exciting things to do close to Rose Lake. Quality Inn Grayson is a brilliant location to get some rest; you can run the rapids of Tygarts Creek. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. On a delightful day at Rose Lake you can take       a hike along the Dry Branch Conneoter Trail. Lakes? Sure, Smoky Valley Lake is in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious place for whitewater paddling next to Rose Lake is Little Sandy River, and Box Canyon is a pretty place any time of year. Yeah, come up here to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains for a fine time. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Grayson is a great location to spend a night or two. Rose Lake gets a normal amount of rain; most of                  the rain falls during August; February is when it's the driest. There are other places here than Rose Lake, for example Olive Hill Reservoir, and Biggs Hill can be observed from Rose Lake. The Cumberland Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful. All through the long summer days at Rose Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's; the nighttime is quite chillier of course, typically in the 60's.
