If you need a place to stay Country Hearth Inn Bowling Green is a pleasant choice, and Raymer Lake is not far at all from Bowling Green. There are other places here than Raymer Lake, for example Shanty Hollow Lake; Holiday Inn University Plaza-Bowling Green is a pleasant place to get some rest. Having a pleasant time at Raymer Lake is uncomplicated. Going for a hike along the Echo River Spring       Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Green River Bluffs Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Raymer Lake a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest of the months is October. It's a nice idea to pop by Bear Creek, it's near Raymer Lake, and camping is available at Beech Bend Family Campground. Summer at Raymer Lake comes with high                  temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
