The beauty of Park Lake is reason enough to stop by. At Park Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Bowman Springs since you're here at Park Lake, and the Big Limestone Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. You just ought to have a thing about Park Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Big Three Mile Creek. You'll need more than a day to look | |

Morehead - Days Inn
is a great location to get some rest, and a quick trip to Rush Run is certainly a good idea. On a delightful day at Park Lake you can take a hike along the Dry Branch Conneoter Trail, and you can stay the night at Fox Valley Recreation Area. This lake is so wonderful.
