Be careful coming to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. Near Panbowl Lake you hit upon fine places like Bailey Hollow, and SUPER 8 MOTEL - HAZARD is a wonderful site to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Panbowl Lake a wet place; July is the month that gets the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. So much fun stuff near Panbowl Lake, simply       astonishing. High Knob is delightful and can be observed from Panbowl Lake. If the weather is great here at Panbowl Lake, you can go for a hike along the Wildcat Trail, and a good close by hotel is GuestHouse Inn & Suites Hazard. It's a magnificent idea to explore Big Bridge Branch, it's near Panbowl Lake; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Rock Bridge Trail. Panbowl Lake is located in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.                  Get wet paddling on Red River; going for a hike along the Swiftcamp Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. All through the summer highs here at Panbowl Lake reach the 80's, and the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 60's.
