Laurel Lakes mostly gets much precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Cannon Creek Lake is a lake close by, and if you came for an overnight stay Pine Mountain State Park is a good place to camp. On a tremendous day at Laurel Lakes you can take a hike along       the Ridge Trail, and possibly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Bartleys Lake is just a very short distance away. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more fun things to do in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. People from Middlesborough love to come to Laurel Lakes, and obviously Bills Branch flows through this region. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are really bountiful here at Laurel Lakes.
