If the weather is nice here at Kentucky Lake, you can go for a hike along the Buffalo Trail; dry warm beds await you at Lakeland Resort. Camping is available at Lakewood Resort, and Fin N Feather Inn is a brilliant place to get some rest. Taking a little visit to close by Barnett Bay is a great idea, and if you came for an overnight stay Lakeside Campground and Marina is a delightful spot to camp. Kentucky Lake regularly       gets a good deal of rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Murray here at Kentucky Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Hematite Trail. All through the warm months, highs typically are in the 80's at Kentucky Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the                  40's while the cold winter nights at Kentucky Lake are in the 20's. Be careful coming to Kentucky Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Turner Hollow is a tremendous place to spend some time at, and as expected Barnett Creek flows through this neighborhood.
