Hawkins Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Hawkins Pond is located in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Why not camp at Zilpo Camp Ground if you're here at Hawkins Pond, and Green Mountain is uncomplicated to spot from Hawkins Pond. You completely must go for the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Looking for some flowing water? Try Cow Creek; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Cross Over Trail.

Through the warmest time of the year here at Hawkins Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with
temperatures at Hawkins Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Hawkins Pond you could always look at Campbell Hollow, and if you came for an overnight stay The Outpost Campground is a pleasant location to camp.
