Mud Creek is a stream that you may bump into during your stay; you can stay the night at Gospel Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The high level of precipitation makes Grenwells Pond a pretty wet place; the month with most of the rain is July while October is the month with the least amount       of precipitation. Salt River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. Lakes? Sure, Woods Lake is close at hand. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Grenwells Pond. Dawson Knob is gorgeous and can be made out from Grenwells Pond. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Grenwells Pond has to offer, you can camp at Grandma's Rv Park. This lake is so wonderful.
