Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Salt River. There are some great whitewater spots on Floyds Fork, and lakes are such calm spots, why not take a look at Big Horn Lake. While you're here at Crystal Lake you can play some golf at Crossings Golf Club, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn LOUISVILLE AIRPORT SOUTH is a       glorious choice. During the summer at Crystal Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Crystal Lake. Don't forget to take a good little spree to Bee Lick Creek, and you can observe Holsclaw Hill from Crystal Lake. There's so much to do here at Crystal Lake that you need to camp here for a while,                  Gospel Campground is a magnificent site for that, and the principal highlight in the region is the South Park Hills. Crystal Lake generally gets a good deal of precipitation; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while October is commonly the driest month.
