Cooke Lake is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Cummins Ferry Campground And Marina is a perfect spot to camp nearby, and Cooke Lake is a place with many visitors from Lexington-Fayette. The high level of precipitation makes Cooke Lake a reasonably wet spot; the month with most of the rain is May while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
