Many people like to go to Clear Creek Lake. All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Clear Creek Lake get into the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Clear Creek Lake are in the 10's. Man, is there a load of cool things to do in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. a nice hiking adventure along the Buck Branch Trail, and if you want to go to some attention-grabbing stuff, go to Cedar Cliffs.
A round of golf at nearby Carrington Green Golf Course is a delightful way to kill some time, and
nearby Hicks Hollow is a nice place to go. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff next to Clear Creek Lake. While you're here at Clear Creek Lake you can take a hike along the Cross Over Trail, and needless to say Clear
Creek flows through this region. Clear Creek Lake mostly gets a good deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most while January is usually the driest month.
This lake
is so wonderful. Red River is a good whitewater spot near Clear Creek Lake; if you came to camp Zilpo Camp Ground is a great site to do that.
