Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Bowling Green; a perfect location to camp here at Cherry Lake is Beech Bend Family Campground. A visit to nearby Reedy Point is very relaxing; why not camp at Bowling Green Koa Kampground if you're here at Cherry Lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area in close proximity to Cherry Lake has to offer. You could also stop       by Little Martin Lake since you're here at Cherry Lake; it's nearby. Cherry Lake mostly gets a good deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest of the months is October. Cherry Lake is not far at all from Bowling Green; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn University Plaza-Bowling Green is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. There's whitewater on Gasper River for all you adrenaline people, and it's a wonderful idea to have                  a look at Big Bull Creek. At Cherry Lake during the summer highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
