Summertime highs at Beaver Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's while Beaver Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Beaver Lake is not far at all from Frankfort, and Best Western Lawrenceburg Inn is a good place to get some rest. Gilbert Creek is a nice whitewater spot near Beaver Lake. There's so       much to do here at Beaver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Beaver Lake Marina LLC is a pleasant place for that. Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do near Beaver Lake. You could also have a look at Willisburg Lake if you're here at Beaver Lake; it's close by, and some of the water close by flows, like Bear Creek. All the water falling down from the sky makes Beaver Lake a wet place; May is the month that gets the most rain, and October                  is the month with the least moisture. A lake close by is Hickory Hill Lake, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Benson Creek. Beaver Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Guist Creek Marina Campground is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
