Dry warm beds await you at Glasgow-Days Inn, and on a       nice day you can take a hike along the Green River Bluffs Trail. Barren River Lake is a rather wet place usually with a great deal of rain; most of the rain falls through December while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Comfort Inn Glasgow is a great location to get some rest, and why not take a little trip to Difficult Creek since you're here. Throughout the summer highs here at Barren River Lake reach the 80's; all through summer                  nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Barren River Lake.
