Valley Lakes gets a normal amount of yearly rain; throughout the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest       month is February. Valley Lakes is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Cottonwood Camping is a delightful local campground, and there are other spots here than Valley Lakes, for example Lake Stellamaris. At Valley Lakes throughout the summertime highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Valley Lakes are in the 10's.
