This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a glorious nearby course is Chisholm Trail Golf Links, and Crescent Lake Resort is a tremendous local campground. Summertime highs at Magnolia Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Magnolia Lake are in the 10's. Redbud Lake is a perfect lake in close proximity to Magnolia Lake, and Abilene Super 8 Motel is a perfect place to get some rest.
